My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location was very strategic, making it easy to access public transport. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a huge letdown, with hair found on the pillows and bedding. The service was warm and pleasant, but the overall experience left much to be desired due to the room conditions.
